I have been meaning to stop by here and do a tour for months and today I finally did. The staff is so professional and friendly, and I was absolutely blown away by the property. I would absolutely love to call The Encore home!

I just recently moved but while I was staying here I had a couple of incidents where the staff messed up but it was taken care of in a timely manner I guess you can say. Just today I received a call saying I still owed them because the carpet got replaced because of pet stains but the carpet was clean before I left not really understanding that but even if it wasn't isn't that what the pet deposit/pet rent is for? Maybe I'm mistaken i don't know but I will be going to have a conversation with them because I'm not understand why I am paying for it because it was in perfect condition when I left. Other than that I would say my stay was pretty good just too expensive. Just make sure you document everything and never go by word of mouth!
